If our team of surveyors believe that your rates are too high, Hammer Properties will offer to act as your agent and will prepare and submit an appeal to take to the Valuation Office.

Hammer Properties offer to act on your behalf to:

  • Prepare and submit a 'Proposal to alter the 2005 and 2010 Rating List' if our survey department agree that there are reasonable grounds
  • Represent you, our client, in subsequent negotiations with the valuation Office.
  • If agreement cannot be reached, we will represent your interest at the Valuation Tribunal in order to seek a favourable settlement, if required.

Our Guarantee to you:

If in the opinion of our survey department, there are not reasonable grounds for appeal or if the Valuation Office does not acknowledge the appeal as valid.
